Kimberly Moreno is the new Program Coordinator for FACES for the Future Coalition at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward. Kimberly is a FACES alumni class of 2009. Having had the opportunity to explore her career interests at such a young age through the program, she brings a unique perspective and hope for the future. She attended the University of California, Davis and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Chicano Studies. Kimberly’s work experience includes community outreach, public health education, and mental health. Kimberly has worked with families and children ranging from newborns with disabilities to 21 year olds in the Foster Care system. She hopes to inspire students to become active agents of their future by providing a safe space to explore career interests, academic enrichment, professional development and well-being. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys the outdoors, trying new food, getting crafty, traveling and spending time with her family.
