Peer Advising (2nd Tuesday of each month 5:30-6:30 pm)
By attending these sessions, you can receive mentoring and advice from a recent college graduate. This is an opportunity to ask for advice & get your questions answered about anything in regards to college; test-taking, using and finding resources at your school, transitioning from college to graduate school, and tips for self-care during this challenging time. Some topics that will be discussed include: utilizing resources in college (tutors, academic advisors), internships, balancing work and school, tips for those pursuing healthcare professions, organizational and study tools, and how to prioritize self-care into your everyday life. Feel free to come with questions beyond this scope.
Workshops (2nd Wednesday of each month 5:30-6:30 pm)
Alumni workshops will start on July 14 and occur on the second Wednesday of every month with times ranging between 5:30-7:30 pm. Workshops will consist of financial literacy, mental health first aid, trauma-informed systems training, time management, and more!
