Introduction

FACES San Diego is a collaboration between Rady Children’s Hospital and Hoover High School in San Diego County. The program is comprised of the FACES Four Key Elements:  Health Careers Exploration, Academic Support and Enrichment, Wellness Support and Psycho-Social Intervention and Youth Leadership Development. Students participate in the program for three years during their sophomore, junior and senior years of high school.
