Introducing our Health Career Connection summer intern, Tyler DePalma-Shields. Tyler will be interning with the FACES for the Future Coalition, mainly supporting both of our summer programs, FACES Summer Medical Academy and the Behavioral Health Undergraduate Summit.
He is currently a student at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in English and on a pre-med track. He is also currently a Leadership Council Member at Peer Health Exchange in San Francisco and a volunteer at Highland Hospital in Oakland. He hopes to one day become a physician and work with Doctors Without Borders. We are very excited to have Tyler with us this summer! Welcome!
