At FACES, the women in our team are not just employees; they are innovators, leaders, and change-makers. From spearheading projects to mentoring new staff, their dedication and influence are what make FACES a collective success throughout the country! Brooke Briggance is the Deputy Director at FACES for the Future Coalition. With her extensive experience and expertise in non-profit work, public health education, and health care. Brooke provides support for FACES programs across California and administrative support to the Coalition team. Thank you Brooke for all that you do!
Jasmine Nakagawa-Wong is the Program Manager for FACES. With her direct experience overseeing a FACES Program before transitioning to the Program Manager role, Jasmine’s institutional knowledge and expertise are reflected across the work and success at FACES. Thank you Jasmine for all that you do!
Karen Lane is the Program Administrator for FACES. Before joining the team, Karen leverages her multi-sector business background to excel in program coordination and management. With a long-term goal of supporting nonprofit and community-based organizations, Karen’s role at FACES is invaluable. Thank you Karen for all that you do!
Vanessa Tat is the Program Assistant for FACES for the Future. Vanessa’s administrative support is key in helping our Coalition team be a success. From managing complex calendars to running communication and outreach goals, Vanessa’s support helps keep our team running smoothly. Thank you Vanessa for all that you do!
Sabrina Park is an AmeriCorps VISTA serving with FACES. Her passion for helping underserved youth is reflected in the work she does at FACES. Sabrina’s commitment shines through in every aspect of her work. Whether working on alumni outreach efforts or data collection, Sabrina’s work does not go unnoticed. Jackie Penate is an AmeriCorps VISTA serving with FACES. Jackie’s interest in public health education and nonprofit work brought her to FACES. Working alongside Sabrina on alumni efforts, data collection, and facilitation of the Youth Advisory Council, Jackie’s positive impact is felt at FACES. Thank you Jackie for all that you do!
Rachelle Banares is the Program Coordinator for FACES for the Future in San Francisco. With a strong background in health education and social justice, Rachelle provides extensive support for the FACES program and helps empower the youth she works with. Thank you Rachelle for all that you do!
Ariana Woodard is an AmeriCorps VISTA serving with FACES for the Future San Francisco. Whether it’s working alongside Rachelle, offering support to students, or conducting partner outreach, Ariana impact is felt throughout the SF Program. Thank you Ariana for all that you do!
Dayan Zakrzewski is the Program Coordinator for FACES for the Future in South Alameda County. Dayan’s understanding, compassion, and mentorship are all key factors that further support the ongoing success of the South Alameda Program and the success of the students she works with. Courtney Ma is the Program Coordinator for FACES for the Future in Sacramento. Courtney is passionate about health education and helping youth. As she works in the community she grew up in, Courntey continues to build strong relationships with students, staff, and partners of the Sacramento Program. Thank you Courtney for all that you do!
