FACES Featured as “Best Practice” in The Greenlining Institute’s January 2017 Issue Brief

“In a state where people of color make up over 60 percent of the population, people of color make up just 34 percent of physicians and 47 percent of registered nurses, and are underrepresented in other health fields as well. Boosting these numbers can help to assure culturally competent care while creating career pathways for disadvantaged young people.”

Thank you to The Greenlining Institute for featuring us! We appreciate the support as we continue to expand and work toward diversifying the health work force.
